Renters may check in any time after 3:00pm on the arrival date. Approximately
24 hours before arrival, Renters will receive an access code to the front door.
There is space for 3 cars on the lot. Please park on the gravel in front of the
house.
Renters must check out no later than 10:30 am on the departure date.
Lock all doors and windows.
Do not leave any personal belongings behind.
Do not leave any food.
All trash must be taken to the community dumpster. If trash is not removed prior to departure a $25 fee will be charged.
Set ALL thermostats to 55 degreees.

A non- refundable pet fee of ($140/pet/booking) is required. This deposit covers any damage caused by the pet(s). If you do not disclose all the pets prior to the booking, the Owner reserves the right to charge the pet fee. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) both inside and outside the Property. Pets must be well-behaved and not cause annoyance or discomfort to neighbors. Pets should not be left unattended on the Property. The Renter assumes all liability for their pet(s) and agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims related to damage or injury caused by the pet(s).

Payment Policy
100% of payment is due at the time of booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Refunded within a few days if no damage.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, Renters must cancel within 48 hours of booking.
If cancellation occurs 7 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of the booking date, Renters will be charged 50% for all nights.
If Renters cancels within 7 days of check-in, Renters will pay 100% for all nights.
If cancellation occurs 7 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of the booking date, Renters will be charged 50% for all nights.

A $300 damage deposit collected at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded following the stay if no damages are present.
